Great River Bridge Race

The Great River Bridge Race is more than just a race, it's an event for everyone to experience. Be one of the few people to cross the Great River Bridge on foot, which is usually closed to pedestrian traffic. Experience the energy of one of the greatest events in Burlington, one that brings the community together where you'll leave feeling part of something great! Not only will you have an amazing time but you will be benefiting Burlington Parks and Recreation, which will have a lasting impact for everyone in our community.

New this year is the Bridge Walk. You and your friends and family can register to just walk the Bridge, this is perfect for people who aren't looking for the intense race atmosphere but still want the experience. Registration for the Bridge Walk is $20 and includes a t-shirt. Walkers thirteen and under are free with paid adult.

After the race join your fellow racers, family and friends at the after party at the Port of Burlington hosted by Burlington Steamboat Days for live entertainment, games and more. Entertainment from Eric Pettit starting at 10:15 am. Food vendors and drinks including adult beverages will be available to purchase as well. Face painting for the kids will be available as well!
